How to book your holiday hire

We usually respond the same day but always within 24 hours so if you haven't had a response please ring or text.


1. Check availability

2. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By using this website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions (pdf file). Please note we reserve the right to change your camper to a different camper due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pay deposit
£150 to confirm booking, paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer (non refundable).

4. Paperwork to be sent with the deposit cheque / payment
A photocopy of your driver's licence (both paper & plastic)

and a recent utility bill which has the same address as appears on your driver's licence. Please note you may not have more than 2 speeding convictions within the last 2 years.

5. Package

Everything you should require is included in your hire, cutlery, pans etc. Check on the 'standard package' page to see what is not included.

6. Pay balance

Must be paid 6 weeks prior to rental date. We will e-mail you to remind you when this is due and confirm all the details (package) we have agreed. On collection please note it will take 30 minutes to familiarise yourselves with the workings of the bus.
 

7. Security bond - £500

All in cash on the day or £100 in cash and a cheque for £400.
