How to book

1. Check availability

2. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By using this website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions (pdf file).

3. Pay deposit
£150 to confirm booking, paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer (non refundable).

4. Paperwork to be sent with the deposit cheque
A photocopy of your drivers licence (both paper & plastic)

and a recent utility bill which has the same address which appears on your drivers licence. Please not you may not have more than 2 speeding convictions within the last 2 years

5. Package

Decide what equipment you require (if any) e.g. awnings, bike rack.

6. Pay balance

Must be paid 6 weeks prior to rental date. We will e-mail you to remind you when this is due and confirm all the details (package) we have agreed. On collection please note it will take 30 mins to familiarise yourselves with the workings of the bus.
 

7. Security bond - £500

All in cash on the day or £100 in cash  and a cheque for £400.
