How to book your wedding hire for your special day!

1. Check availability
E-mail (john@libertycampers.co.uk) or ring John 07904 190 830.

We usually respond the same day but always within 24 hours so if you haven't had a response please ring.

2. Get our free quote
Ring us for a chat or email us - we need addresses & postcodes of pick up points, times of your church or civil service, and the address of your reception. Please include as much information as possible, don't forget the date! Click here for an enquiry form.

3. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By using this website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions (pdf file). Whilst every effort is made to complete your hire Liberty Campers reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your money will be reimbursed in full.

4. Pay deposit
£150 which confirms the booking, paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

5. Paperwork to be sent with the deposit cheque
Return booking form signed with a contact phone number.

6. Pay balance

To be paid 6 weeks prior to your special day. We will e-mail you to remind you when this is due and re-confirm all the details we have agreed.
